Solid fuel boiler, buffer tank, mixed circuit, DHW, solar circuits (Hy0405p)

Solid fuel boiler, buffer tank, mixed circuit, DHW, solar circuits (Hy0405p)
  • Outdoor temperature-compensated flow temperature control for radiators, convectors or low temperature heating circuits. Integrated differential temperature control for controlling a solar controller. Operation of a solid fuel boiler with constant return temperature control for optimum tank protection. Hot water priority circuit.
  • Note: System no. 405 means that certain parameters must be set for this application to function.

Functions
  • The basic functions are contained in an indestructible program.
  • All the parameters are predefined with sensible basic settings and allow individual adjustments as necessary. PCs are not required for this.
  • All the relay outputs can be tested manually.
Solid fuel boiler
  • The solid fuel boiler is protected against corrosion and "shining soot", according to its boiler temperature using constant return temperature control. The sensor (PF) works as a joint flow sensor for the buffer tank and the solid fuel boiler.
Heating circuit
  • Time switch for daily, weekly and holiday programs for each heating circuit
  • Optimisation of switch-on times
  • Caretaker function, frost protection function
  • Outdoor temperature-compensated mixed circuit/direct heating circuit, as required with room tie-in
  • Min./max. limiting of flow temperature
  • Cooling function - switchover based on outside temperature
Hot water control
  • Time switch with daily and weekly program for hot water filling pump
  • Anti-legionella automatic system
  • Hot water priority circuit
  • Outdoor temperature-compensated parallel operation
Solar control
  • The temperatures of the collector (KVLF) and the hot water tank (VE2) are compared. The control unit switches the solar pump on when the collector sensor detects a higher temperature than the tank sensor. The solar system is used to fill the hot water tank and the buffer tank.
  • Solar energy is used to fill the hot water tank and the buffer tank.
Combination
  • Combination option of up to five freely-selectable SMILE controllers
Communication
  • Communication takes place over the system bus without additional interfaces
  • Distance (max. 100 m)
  • All the data required for the control system is communicated
  • Remote operation with the wall modules SDW.. also takes place using the system bus
Fault message
  • If the required temperatures cannot be achieved within a reasonable time, or sensors interrupt or short-out, then the controller will generate a fault message.
